MaKen Studios
MaKen Studios includes two renovated industrial buildings, MaKen Studios North and MaKen Studios South. MaKen Studios offers makerspaces, studios, and modern office spaces at affordable rates in Philadelphia. We welcome a community of creative producers, innovators, entrepreneurs, and artists to test, refine, and grow.
MaKen was borne out of “Made in Kensington.” The name was inspired by the neighborhood’s namesake and heritage as The Workshop of The World. MaKen Studios aims to continue to support this legacy and provide workshop space for a diverse range of businesses, people, and disciplines - from solo enterprises or early stage startups to large, long-standing organizations. All united by an interest in supporting this heritage in the present and future.

Across two buildings, MaKen Studios North and South offer versatile affordable studio, office, and workspaces from 500 square feet to made-for-you spaces. Studios evoke the history of the buildings and mix natural rawness with modern amenities. Spaces can accommodate office life, production, artistry, light manufacturing, and more.
FAME is a one-of-a-kind event venue in Philadelphia. With an almost 360º panorama of stunning city views, FAME is the perfect setting for all-sized events from weddings and celebrations to meetings and performances.
