Originally built in the 1910’s for the Richardson Mint Company, the MaKen Studios North spent it’s last 30+ years as the retail location for JoMar, a discount textile reseller. Built in the 1910’s , the MaKen Studios South building was originally a textile mill before conversion to various industrial uses over the last 50+ years. Together they offer over 260,000 square feet of space for industrial, creative, business and community use.
